BGIn is a non-profit (vereniging zonder winst) organization that is operationally run by an elected board consisting of 4 to 6 current members.  Elections for board seats are held every 2 years during the BGIn General Assembly.  Board positions include a Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer, and Secretary.
