The GC is a business networking event for the video game industry. It removes the distractions of other industry events to focus on getting down to business, finding the right partners and signing contracts. Buyers and sellers of games and/or services are able to arrange meetings in advance with our online meeting systems. The meetings are only scheduled when both parties agree, making the event more efficient and eliminating the chance of irrelevant meetings. Sellers have their own private meeting rooms in which to present their games, projects, ideas or services. Buyers go to the sellers booths based on the pre-organized schedule for 30 minute meetings to discuss possible business deals.
Publishers, distributors, developers and service providers for interactive games on all platforms (mobile, handheld, console, PC & online) attend GC. This includes both internal and independent development studios who want to sell services or finished games. Developers are often represented by their CEO or Business Development managers for games. Developers and service providers are normally represented by CEOs or Technical Directors to sell their services. Publishers and distributors often send their Acquisitions Managers, Developer Relations Managers and 3rd Party Relations Managers to GC.
